"When do you Ship?"

We Ship every MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY. Handmade items take time to and shipping is HOT WORK! We try to ensure that your order arrives to you within the same week of shipment to protect your candles from being in hot places throughout the weekend! We ship in the beginning of the week. We tend to have delivery within 3-4 days of shipment!

Ex) If you order Wednesday(14th)/Thursday(15th) your order will be shipped between Mon(19th)-Wed(21st) With delivery estimated between Thurs(22nd)-Sat(24th)

Ordering on a Monday will get shipping the same Wednesday with estimated delivery that same Saturday!

If you order both digital downloads AND physical products: Your Digital Downloads will be emailed and ready to use the same date your physical products ship!

"What are Wickless Candles/Wax Melts?"

🕯They are just as the name implies a candle without a wick. They require an outside heat source to melt the wax(candle warmers/wax burners, the sun, etc)
💫Candle/wax burners can be found at almost any store that has a candle/fragrance isle-we do not sell warmers at this time💫

"What's the use/purpose of a no flame candle?"

🕯They provide the same purpose of your wick candles-fragranced air freshener-except they do not require a flame but a candle warmer/wax burner instead
🕯Their point is that they're better than your wick candles(though we may be biased 😉)

"These look and smell so good-since they have soy-are you sure we can't eat them?"

🕯DO NOT EAT CANDLE WAX! While our candles may smell mouth watering and be soy based they are not edible or safe for consumption!

"How long do they last?"

🕯That depends on several factors. Your average Wax Melt lasts between 4-12 hours. However, it depends on what type of wax is used when making the candles, what fragrances are used(floral/fruit are the most volatile & tend to lose scent the quickest), how much wax is being burned at once & how long you're burning it, room size and temperature as well as air flow. We have had reviews stating that some of our wickless candles last longer than the average 12hr period

"What makes Wax Melts/Wickless Candles better than a traditional candle?"

🕯They do not violate lease, office, or dorm policies as there is no open flame
🕯Better ingredients- While our company personally uses a paraffin & soy blend(the paraffin helps our embeds keep shape/color) we use OVER 50% soy in our blend which allows for lower burning temperatures with its natural base and is easier on the lungs when burning
While big name brand companies tend to use more paraffin in their wax base for more solidifying properties and longer candle life since paraffin is petroleum based-it can be harder on your lungs when burning
🕯They burn at lower temperatures. Wick candles burn at +200°F....Wax Melts/Wickless candles burn around 120-190°F
🕯They're a bit safer around pets/children because of no flame and lower temperatures, though, its best to never leave your burners/warmers unattended and kept out of reach from pets/children as some candle oils & ingredients are not skin/body safe
🕯No flame and lower temperatures allow us to not only add in more fragrance but we can add in natural ingredients(coffee grounds, herbs, mica powders, dried fruits/flowers, essential oils) that would otherwise be unsafe to add due to Flashpoint/flammability

"How do we CLEAN our Wax Warmers?"
This is actually really simple! the easiest way to clean your wax warmers and change your wax is with a COTTON BALL!!! Just turn on your wax melter and stick a few cotton balls in and let it absorb the melted wax! When all the wax is absorbed, I personally like to take a cleaning wipe or a wet paper towel and wipe the inside of the melter out just to make sure it's completely cleaned before switching waxes especially if it a wax melter that is a plug in or cannot be separated from its hot plate (USE CAUTION AS THE BURNER WILL BE HOT)
If using a Wax Melter with a DETACHABLE dish, you can wash the small dish with a mild dish soap and warm/hot water after cleaning out wax with a cotton ball or paper towel. Please wait until the dish is completely bone dry(24hrs) before reattaching to your wax melters and burning new wax 
A lot of people say to pop your dish into the freezer to chill the wax and easy pop out "cleaning hack"
!!!!DO NOT PUT YOUR WAX MELTING DISHES IN THE FREEZER!!!!
This causes the ceramic to shrink and expand at too far temperature variants and can cause your dish to not only crack/break, but this also wears down its durability and can ultimately cause your wax melter and dishes to stop functioning all together.

There are also options such as silicone heat safe dishes as well commonly called a "flip dish"(be noted that silicone can absorb fragrance and wax overtime leaving residue and not strong scented burning)

"Your lizard is in all packing videos-Will my products contain salmonella?"

🦎NO! While Salmonella is naturally found in most reptiles & amphibians, it is carried in their digestive tract for gut health & transferred through 💩Feces💩. Your products never actually come in contact with Peepo(or his poo) he just likes to look at them. Products are sanitized before packing, though, we do encourage washing any mug/cup before first use

"Why include the lizard at all?"

"When can I expect my Product?"

💫We ship products on Mondays & Wednesdays. We try to have your product to you the same week it ships but expect shipping delays during large holiday months 

"Why shop if you dont have a large selection of products?"

💫 We as a small business we are still finding our footing. With inflation & our fixed income(disabled veteran) we post our products as they are made and ready to purchase.
💫 Our product availability also runs hand in hand with our mental health-sometimes we just aren't able to create things
💫 Getting a purchase is a huge deal for us and with more support from everyday people like yourselves allows us to buy our supplies to create a bigger inventory for our shoppers

"FREE GIFT?!"

"How come you don't have more snowglobe cups?"

🥤They're currently in production! With using epoxy to seal your cups and following proper guidelines-each cup takes 28 days before being completely cured and safe to drink from

"When can we expect more Wax Melts?"

🕯Each candle takes at minimum 3 days to cure. We can make ~8 different candles per 10lbs of wax. We post candles as they are cured and ready for purchase. However, we do post our current crafting videos 3x a week on our social medias(FB,TT, IG) if you'd like to see what is currently being brewed in our cauldron! We also have seasonal lines that come out periodically during the year

"How long do we have to wait for coffee mugs?"
